First get a big bunch of fresh Kale.
Next take a knife and take out the thick stem and chop in to bite size pieces.
Next wash completely. Dry completely.
Now mix some olive oil and some sort of seasoning. I have seen mustard or vinegar in recipes.Toss and cover completely. Lastly sprinkle with some salt. We are almost done.
Lay one layer thick on cookie sheet and bake at 375 till crispy.

Dry the leaves 100%
Dont use to much oil
Dont use to much salt
Dont burn them.
So my next batch will now be perfect.
