Ohhhhh Lawd….. I’m about to tourture my self.

I’m taking the plunge to go low carb again. I did this a few years ago and it worked for me.

It’s already been so hard. Seems everything has carbs.

On day one I started out with a great, but I didn’t plan anything for lunch except nuts when I got home I dug into the pita chips.

Stuck with it hard then started to slide back into bad habits. total weight loss has been 12 lbs. I bounce 3 lbs up and down daily. I took a nose dive into cookies and sweets this past week. Im stressing over some work challenges.

I will be filling this in more over time.

Im still able to maintain the 10-12 lb weight loss. I wish I could force me self back in to a 2 week carb free diet. I have 10 more lbs to get off.
