Brain Dumping my thoughts this am.

About 5 times a week I wake up thinking I GOT THIS. I am going to commit to a diet change. Today will be the day that I make it through with little carbs , lots of water and no alcohol.

The day starts off great I have my coffee with no sugar and splash of cream. I skip lunch or I actually have a low carb plan and my momentum is great.

Then 230-300pm rolls around …… I begin to fall. Its like an addictive pull to have a beer or a drink.. Its pretty sad I think that the craving is so great that I cave. My will power is almost non existent.

Its time I start to find a new outlet. I cave almost every day at 4-5 pm. Do you have that problem, and if so how did you over come it ?
