I bought a vitamix blender many years ago and I slowly fell in love with it as I started to experiment more and more with vegetable smoothies.

Now that I’m a mom of a toddler I’m trying ways to sneak in whole vegetables for my little one. This morning’s concoction was a homerun.

One small carrot
Half a banana
Half a cup of fresh pineapple
Quarter cup of milk
Quarter cup of plain organic yogurt
A few ice cubes.

Turn the blender on slow, increase as needed, blend on max speed one minute.

Can I just say Yum.
